Rod Seal
The Rod Seal is a widely used seal manufactured as a set composed of fabric reinforced support ring, sealing ring and fabric reinforced energiser, (composed of five / seven elements) that are used in rod applications where harsh working conditions are present.
The Rod Seal can be regulated in the number of elements (height) when fluid pressure varies as found in hydraulic presses and pumps. For high pressure, special applications, or the presence of particular chemical agents, the standard NBR/fabric can be substituted with NBR/FKM material.
